Store Policies
SHIPPING COSTS:
No one likes to pay for shipping, I totally get it! However, after spending hours trying to figure out the best way AND the most affordable way to allow women ALL over the planet to order merchandise, I had to go with adding it as a line item. The way our third party merch vendor works with our site determines how we could enter fees. I didn't want to overcharge my members to ensure I didn't lose money so it came down to adding the cost separately. I'm sure you, as a business owner, understand I should make a profit on my creative designs and hard work. Some countries had more expensive shipping than others and I wanted to ensure everyone was able to order so they can be a part of the group and represent it!
RETURNS:
We utilize a third party to supply our store items. Therefore, we do not control the return process. You must return your item within 30 days. Returns are sent HERE. You are held responsible if you gave the wrong address by accident. We cannot refund or exchange for wrong sizes, buyer's remorse, or your package was unclaimed. These are your responsibility. We include links here to the direct info of our vendor.
SIZES:
You are responsible for ordering the correct size. Here is some data on sizes for USA and INTL. Per our third party vendor, product sizes may vary up to 2 inches.
PRICES:
Prices do vary depending on size.
DELIVERY:
It takes 2-5 business days to CREATE a product and FULFILL an order. Depending on where you are shipping to, will determine how long it takes. When you tell the cart where it's being shipped, it should show you how long it's estimated to take.
